Our terms of sale are CIF to destination. This means that we pay all freight, but no international duties or taxes. As we are shipping these products all over the world, it is impossible for us to build in the various duties, VAT and GST tax for each location.
I've been using 4 iterations of Tango grips on my Samsung phones since January 2023. They have always been the best alternative available at the time. The grips are so thin that I can slide my phone in and out of my jeans without catching on the pockets. On my first one, I had to buy their 'puck' to attach the grip to so you can stick to magsafe compatible phones, rings or cases. Now the magsafe is integrated into the grip. They have continuously improved the spring so it is comfortable and keeps its shape to retract. I ordered a beta version of the Pro at launch in Feb 2026 and I was so impressed with it and I loved that I didn't need to remove it when sticking to my magnetic car holder. Double magnets are a game changer on the Pro version. The magnets are plenty strong to hold onto my phone without coming off and the other side is strong enough to stick my phone on a refrigerator to take a group photo. On the beta, I could tell the backing that covered the magnets and metal on the back side could use improvement. Well they fixed this on the Pro V3! I have always received quick communication from customer service when I've given feedback on suggestions over the years. I feel so confident with the quality and customer service that I would recommend this to all my friends.
The Pro currently only comes in black, but I like to customize mine with vinyl stickers I make.

New design doesn't last
Bought the original tango in 2024, it lasted a long time, over a year to be precise. Then they changed the design, the new ones didn't last 3 months, I'm not going to spend 40+ dollars on something that doesn’t last

The best snap on holder.

It broke in 2 weeks. I got it on 7/11/26 and it broke on 7/24/26. The center part where the two cone shaped springs attach split apart. It was 5 stars until it broke, I really liked it. I emailed customer service a day ago with a photo of the broken product and my order number and delivery date, but no response yet. I don’t know if it was a manufacturing defect or what, but I can’t give above two stars for a product that breaks within two weeks.
